Shane Lee Benjamin, 37, of Butte, was jailed Thursday night on an outstanding warrant for multiple offenses including criminal possession of dangerous drugs, three counts of criminal contempt, two counts of purchase or possession of stolen goods and deceptive practices.
His bail was set at $16,670.
Early Thursday evening Trevor Reed Williams, 34, of Butte was arrested for burglary and misdemeanor criminal trespassing on property.
Williams had already been cited for trespassing twice in the recent past. This time he forced his way into an unoccupied apartment in the 300 block of North Main Street where he allegedly spent the night and ate all the peanut butter.
Jeremiah Burton James Marry, 36, of Butte was extradited to Butte Detention Center from Missoula County Jail on Thursday afternoon for violating bail conditions.
His bail was set at $25,000.
A resident of Block 100 of Red Mountain View reported early Thursday afternoon that a ring worth $2,000 had been taken from the residence.
A man staying at the Fairfield Inn, 2340 Cornell Ave., left his keys in his 2002 Toyota 4Runner SUV. He found it missing around 2 p.m. Thursday. Later that day, the SUV was in Anaconda.
