Track and field continues its indoor season in Louisville

The Murray State Racers women’s track and field team travels to Louisville, Ky. to compete in the Bellarmine Open (Friday, Jan. 21) and Kentucky College Invitational 2022 (Saturday, Jan. 22). Both meets will take place at the Norton Healthcare Sports and Learning Center.

“This weekend, as a group, we have been waiting for it for a long time. We are lucky to participate in two competitions on consecutive days in the same place. In February, at the Crossplex, we will race on an inclined track so to have the chance to run in this new facility will hopefully help us at OVC. We have entered kids into many events to try and replicate what might happen at OVC while also getting some much needed reps.” head coach Adam Kiesler.
